Supply Chain ?

Watched a guy buy 71 bottles of Dollar Tree hand sanitizer and couldn't tell if he was a germophobe who was going to fill up his SuperSoaker after he got the stuff blessed, or if I was watching the next Bitcoin tycoon in action.

I was sitting in the doctors examination room, and first thing I noticed was a beautiful painting of the view from a river bank.
I have never sat on a river bank and seen a  picture of a doctors office.
