ARGH. Snapped the upper bolt off in the alternator bracket of a 2006 Scion XB. Not a lot of room to work with.....Any ideas on how to get this old bolt out. Asking for help on a Saturday night will surely prove to be genius .......?? Surely there is some mechanic out there that has some advice.
I would love to figure out a way to get that bolt out of the alternator without taking the alternator off.
I am now afraid the lower bolt may do the same thing, and that would be a worse problem .
