Apocalypse.

We all watch the movies, and the TV shows. A few of us even still read the books now and then. The fiction runs rampant on social media, with many creative artworks from photos to films and stories.

In this day and age , when it happens, will everyone still be so involved in social media? When the reality sets in , will you still be able to find the time to point your phone with that shaky hand, and push send?

This morning , I looked out my window and it was on my deck looking back at me. I was shocked. I had seen the face of the true problem. It was not all glamour and glitz. This was not happening on my TV or computer. It was right in front of me, and it wasn't quite what I had been led to believe.

My pulse jumped at the site of it. By the time I thought of getting the picture, It had disappeared into the bush.   Probably went back to give the scouting report to the others.

The beady eyes and the disfigured face and body made me realize our critical error. A misjudged terror is a fatal one.  It moved awkwardly but much faster than you could possibly expect. How could anyone expect that?

When the world is over run by zombies, it will not be what you have imagined.  They are already here.  They are coming back and we must be prepared.

I speak of the Turkey Apocalypse, of course.
