The Illusion of Allusion and Vice Versa, DoubleSpake

 The rules of Court Jester-ship are simple. 

If you speak too much to certain truths, 

you have to then speak gibberish and make childish remarks 

to ensure you don't develop too much credibility, and 

draw the ire of The King.
